“Artwork by Mark Dittmar" is the July art exhibit at the Stratford Library.  The Stratford artist is making his first library appearance with his original colored pencil drawings.  The exhibit, which is free and open to the public, will be on display in the library's Main Lobby throughout the month of July. The Stratford Library, in conjunction with the Veterans Oral History Project, is seeking veterans from the Stratford area with memories of World War II.  The project is part of the Governor William A.
