We have the most frequently used federal and Connecticut forms and instruction booklets available in our lobby (while supplies last). If you require an unusual form that is not on display, come to the library's reference desk and we will help locate it for you or click on the links at the right for the IRS or the State of Connecticut Department of Revenue websites.
Do-it-yourself types can get a head start by printing out the forms themselves (as well as the instruction booklets) at the IRS and CT Dept. of Revenue Services websites:
IRS (Federal) Tax Forms and Instructions
CT Dept. of Revenue Services Tax Forms and Instructions

You’ve heard of them. Are they for you? Come to a Library Technology Sandbox.
